The essence of our work is to facilitate self-growth and awareness by helping teens and young adults identify core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that they can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will they be able to fully embrace who they​ are and start living a happier and healthier life.
TESSA GRAZZINI
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Advanced Rapid Transformational Therapist trained under the Marisa Peer Method and In addition, I trained as a Neuroscience coach and I am an advocate and speaker of the power of the mind.
I help clients clear emotional and physical pain and live the life they want, l work in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Over the years I have delivered hundreds of successful sessions treating clients online via zoom or in my office in North Kensington, London.
From a young age I have always been interested in how the mind works. However, it was only after I sought help for my son, who was then 8, that I realised the meaningful changes that hypnotherapy can bring to improve ones life. I decided to learn a new and innovative method of hypnotherapy so that I could significantly improve the lives of children and adults in the same way, liberating them from limiting beliefs. I love my work and feel honoured to help people find freedom from the debilitating issues that hold them back in life.

I am a professional life coach and hypnotherapist, and I love my job. I am good at it – really good – and I am very proud to say it. I want everybody who works with me to feel equally proud and happy about their choices.
Before Helping Kids I spent twenty years working in the corporate world. I was described as a ‘visionary.’ And yes, I believe that is true, because I believe we can all do better, be better, and achieve more. It’s my goal to help you succeed.
I want to help you and your children learn the skills that are needed to overcome struggles, cultivate confidence, build resilience, and reach their optimum.
I take a child and person-centered approach. I work with you and for you, in partnership. I strongly believe that with the right mix of skills and strategies everyone can live the life they want to.

I love my work as an integrative wellness therapist and holistic coach. I believe people are extraordinary and my greatest passion in life is helping adults and teens to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
I have always been fascinated by people and why we behave in the ways that we do. I believe that by uncovering these underlying reasons, re-interpreting their meanings and visualising our desired futures, we can unlock the door to phenomenal success, health and happiness.
One of my particular areas of expertise is my work with teens and showing them how extraordinary they are and guiding them to instal new beliefs that they have the potential to be the person they are destined to be.
I am trained in various techniques including hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformation Therapy, meditation and mindfulness, HeartMath, Functional Medicine health coaching and various holistic lifestyle coaching methods.
